Job description
General contracting opportunity for a new 4,746 SF convenience store facility. Comprehensive scope includes site work, concrete (tank pad, canopy pad, flatwork, curbs, sidewalks, store slab, retaining walls, light pole bases), full electrical installation (excluding fuel scope), complete plumbing including lift station, HVAC furnish and install with startup, refrigeration equipment installation, tile and flooring, FRP, exterior finishes including panel installation, storefront systems, masonry/stucco, window blinds, 4' wrought iron fencing, landscape/sod installation, and septic field. Project requires mandatory attendance at GO LIVE event (1 day prior to opening) and opening day (up to 4 hours, 6:00 AM start). Three site cleanings required: punch walk, turnover, and pre-opening. GC responsible for all utility accounts and inspections through turnover. Closeout package due within 30 days of Certificate of Occupancy. Fuel canopy, fuel tank pit, fuel electrical scope, signage, and portico flooring are excluded (by others).
