Job description
Acoustical ceilings installation project at a elementary school facility. Scope includes establishing a new secure vestibule and reception area in compliance with school security standards, upgrading security infrastructure including cameras and card readers, repairing existing mechanical equipment, roof ladders, and addressing drainage issues to prevent water infiltration in front building and courtyard areas. Additional work includes interior painting in select areas, replacement of fire alarm system, and replacement of PA system. This is a turn-key managed project under general contractor oversight. Project location in Dallas.
