Email privacy@ineedyou.io from the email address associated with your account and use “Data Deletion Request” as the subject. Include enough information for us to identify your account.
If you communicated with INeedYou through the official Facebook Page/Messenger and want to request deletion of data received by INeedYou through that interaction, state this explicitly in your request.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data covered by the request within 30 days, except where applicable law requires or permits longer retention.
This procedure covers data controlled by INeedYou / IT.AR Multi Service LLC. Data retained directly by Meta, Stripe, Google, or other providers is subject to their respective policies and procedures.
