Your credit does not expire. Any unused balance remains available if you cancel and later reactivate. Monthly Base only; annual, higher-tier and partially paid periods do not qualify. Taxes and other charges follow your invoice. Cancelling does not create extra charges.

- Receive $50 in credit once. It applies to subsequent Base invoices before they finalize.
Example before taxes: the next monthly invoice uses $44, leaving $6. The following invoice uses $6 and requires $38.
Eligibility & terms
Includes new provider accounts and accounts still in trial when the program activates. Periods before activation do not earn credit. Monthly Base only: free Basic, annual plans, higher plans, sponsorships, service payments and partially paid periods do not qualify. Free trial periods and periods paid with other credits do not qualify.
An actual service interruption restarts the two-month sequence; a recovered payment without interruption can count. Credit does not expire, is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Cancellation preserves unused credit for later reactivation, with no new bonus or extra charges. Refunds or disputes involving qualifying payments hold future use for review; they do not create recovery charges. Existing site access rules continue to apply.
Taxes and other adjustments depend on the final invoice.
