📌 INeedYou acts as a connection platform between clients and service providers. We do not manage services, do not process payments between parties, and are not responsible for user conduct.
1. Who We Are
INeedYou is a marketplace platform operated by IT.AR Multi Service LLC, registered in the State of Texas, USA ("INeedYou", "we", "our"). Our platform connects people seeking local services ("Clients") with independent service professionals ("Providers") in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metropolitan Area.
INeedYou acts exclusively as an intermediary. We do not employ providers, do not supervise service delivery, and do not participate in financial agreements between the parties.
2. Data We Collect
Data you provide directly:
- Registration data: full name, email address, password (stored as a hash), role (client or provider).
- Profile data (Providers): profile photo, service category, rates, bio description, city, zip code, skills.
- Profile data (Clients): profile photo, address, city, zip code.
- Messages: message content, file attachments sent through the messaging system.
- Bookings: date, time, rate type, booking notes.
- Reviews: ratings and review text submitted.
Data collected automatically:
- Session data (to keep you logged in).
- IP address and basic browser technical data for security and diagnostics.
Payment data:
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. INeedYou does not store credit card data or banking information. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- Create and manage your user account.
- Display provider profiles in search results.
- Facilitate communication between clients and providers.
- Process booking requests.
- Send email notifications about messages, bookings, and account updates.
- Manage subscriptions and payments through Stripe.
- Detect fraud and ensure platform security.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
INeedYou shares personal data with third parties only in the following limited cases:
- Stripe: to process subscription payments. Only the data necessary for the transaction is shared.
- Hosting provider (IONOS): data is stored on IONOS's secure servers.
- Legal requirement: if required by law or to respond to valid legal processes.
- Rights protection: to protect the rights, property, or safety of INeedYou, its users, or others.
Your public profile (name, photo, category, rates, city, rating) is visible to all platform visitors. Your email, phone, and full address are never shown publicly.
5. Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union through IONOS. We implement the following security measures:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages and communications.
- Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes — never in plain text.
- CSRF tokens to protect forms against attacks.
- Restricted and protected database access.
We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request, except where the law requires us to retain it.
6. Cookies & Sessions
INeedYou uses essential session cookies to maintain your login and preferences (such as language). These cookies are technically necessary for the platform to function.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tools that collect behavioral data.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct incorrect or incomplete data.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and personal data.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, readable format.
- Objection: object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.

8. Minors
INeedYou is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at support@ineedyou.io.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
